1. Who we are

Entrepreneur individuel (EI), micro-entreprise, registered at 103 Avenue Lacassagne, 69003 Lyon, France, SIREN 795225226, APE 5829C.

VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code (franchise en base de TVA).
2. The service
ShipAnvil gives you access to the software and any plans you subscribe to. We work to keep it available and secure, but we provide it "as is" without an uptime guarantee unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and organization.
- The service is intended for professional and business use by people who can form a binding contract.
4. Payment and billing
- One-time purchases grant the licence described on the pricing page; paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- You can cancel a subscription anytime from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchases: contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
- Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice; changes never affect the period you have already paid for.
- Where a payment provider acts as merchant of record, it is the seller for that transaction and issues the invoice, including any applicable tax.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no illegal content, no abuse of other users, no attempts to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the platform, and no resale of the service except as your licence allows.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the content you store in the service. We process personal data as described in the privacy policy.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy; clauses on liability, payment owed and governing law survive.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
